Job Description:
Employees in this role direct and oversee complex projects and plant modifications including projects or modifications for safety-related systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain program compliance with plant, fleet, and industry requirements
- Support and monitor daily employee activities, training, performance, recognition and discipline and make decisions on routine supervisory issues
- Controls and authorizes projects
- Coordinate project activities, craft, and employee resources with plant and fleet departments to ensure resource availability and appropriate oversight
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Ensures project implementation is efficient, effective, safe, and in accordance with all procedures, policies and work instructions and uses strategic planning to optimize resources
- Inform management of plant issues and organize, plan, control, and execute goals and objectives as directed
- Create and maintain department budget and direct activities to correct variances
- Establish and enforce expectations for safety, procedure compliance, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff
Qualification & Experience:
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 7+ years
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s – Business Administration
- Bachelor’s – Engineering
- Master’s – Accounting / Finance
- Nuclear Experience: 10+ years
- Experience: 10+ years
- High School Grad / GED
- Master’s Degree
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
